Oracle
The Lead Solution Architect will design and drive the fastest, cheapest, and safest path to upgrade or replace obsolete infrastructure for a large IT obsolescence programme at a Tier 1 UK retail bank. This role involves leading a team of architects and project managers while influencing client stakeholders to secure design approvals and justify exceptions to target blueprints based on cyber and operational risk mitigation. The position requires deep hands-on infrastructure architecture expertise and the ability to navigate a governance culture that prioritizes perfection over pace.
