Lead Sourcing Manager

As an individual contributor on the Supply Chain team at LyondellBasell, this role drives the development and implementation of procurement strategies for rail freight, assets, and services. Responsibilities include managing the strategic sourcing process, vendor performance, and contract negotiations for an annual spend of $200MM-$250MM. The position serves as a critical liaison between internal business partners and external service providers to ensure operational excellence and cost leadership.
