This role serves as an extension of the founder at A1, driving execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry for its AI smart assistant. The hire will manage high-priority initiatives such as the Singapore expansion, closing key talent, and establishing the company's initial operating systems in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of Singapore market entry strategy from planning to implementation
Manage end-to-end hiring plans to source and close senior talent
Support fundraising efforts by coordinating investor conversations and materials
Establish initial operating systems including office setup and vendor relationships
Resolve high-urgency unstructured problems to drive strategic progress and partnerships
