A Business Transition professional within AIA's Global Finance Services (GFS) organization supporting finance service migration programs and governance. The role works with finance, IT and local business units to ensure compliance, process standardization and measurable improvements across transformation initiatives. It reports to the Senior Manager, Business Transition and contributes to continuous improvement and service management activities across GFS.
