About this role

The Lead Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis supports the Director of FP&A by performing high-quality financial analysis, management reporting, and planning activities across the company. This role connects US GAAP performance, capital considerations, and operational KPIs to help leaders make informed decisions while establishing modern finance platforms and disciplined processes. The position partners across functions to strengthen scalable finance capabilities and may mentor peers within the broader direction of the Director of FP&A.

Responsibilities

Perform and coordinate monthly and quarterly management reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting packages
