This senior technical leadership role serves as the technical anchor within an embedded Line of Business delivery pod, responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying end-to-end agentic workflows for flagship business use cases. The position leads complex technical integrations with core banking backends, implements robust enterprise security controls, and sets technical standards for the squad. Additionally, the role involves mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and partnering with principal architects to evaluate design patterns and contribute to enterprise agent blueprints.
