Lead / Staff Software Engineer

This role involves spearheading the engineering, integration, and automation of core enterprise merchandising platforms, including Stibo STEP PIM and Oracle Retail Suite. The position requires taking full ownership of the master data ecosystem, designing integrated platforms for product lifecycles, and ensuring seamless data flow across supply chain and inventory systems. It is a hands-on engineering role that also demands expertise in Agentic AI development to automate complex retail tasks.
