The State Affairs Leader for the West Coast drives Kraft Heinz's state-level advocacy efforts, shaping public policy and advancing business objectives. This role serves as the primary state lobbyist, managing legislative priorities, relationships with official government bodies, and coalition building across regions. Reporting to the Associate Director of State Government Affairs, the leader acts as a subject-matter expert to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance while navigating complex state regulatory environments.
