Lead Sterile Processing Technician - Days - SPD

The Lead Sterile Processing Technician ensures surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment are properly inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, and traced in a quality and timely manner. This role works independently with minimal supervision while supervising others to meet customer expectations. The position serves as a resource for training, mentoring, and developing other Sterile Processing employees and customers.
