Lead Sterile Processing Technician

The Lead Sterile Processing Technician works independently and under the supervision of the Sterile Processing Manager, performing all duties of a Sterile Processing Technician while assisting with SPM tracking system projects and department operations. The role involves coordinating priority lists, managing vendor trays, staff competencies, and training, and directing department operations in the absence of the manager. This position ensures the availability of clean, complete, and sterile instrument sets for surgical services and other patient care departments.
