About this role
The Steward and Utility Lead is a hands-on role within JRTC’s Food & Beverage team responsible for coordinating daily stewarding and utility tasks such as dishwashing, sanitation, equipment care, and supply distribution. The position works alongside the stewarding crew to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining environment and serves as the point person for the team during shifts while supporting the Chef Manager.
