Archer
Archer is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive supplier execution and performance across its end-to-end supply chain for designing and operating all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. This role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, managing recovery actions, analyzing supplier lead times and capacity, and proactively mitigating risks to support dynamic build schedules. The manager will own supplier performance tracking, including PPV and KPI reporting, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to foster accountability and continuous improvement with key suppliers.
Archer designs and develops electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft — electric air taxis — for use in urban air mobility networks. The company’s mission is to “unlock the skies,” enabling people to reimagine how they move and spend time by bringing on-demand, low‑emission aerial transit to cities. Archer’s team is based in Santa Clara, California and is focused on advancing aircraft design, testing, and commercialization.
