Lead Supportability Engineer

Leonardo UK is seeking a Lead Supportability Engineer to lead a team responsible for the reliability, maintainability, testability, and safety analysis of complex electronic, mechanical, and system assemblies. The role involves developing failure analysis models, ensuring production support based on failure data, and driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle to prevent issues before production. As a team leader, this position requires strong project management capabilities and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating with interdisciplinary Integrated Project Teams.
