Lead System Operator

This part-time role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Water Distribution System and managing 24/7 call center and dispatch operations for water utility trouble calls. The position also serves as the municipal 311 operator for after-hours calls and provides supervisory oversight of junior systems operations staff. The incumbent monitors water and wastewater system data to ensure optimal pressure and operational performance.
