Lead Systems Administrator

The Lead Systems Administrator provides hands-on technical expertise and day-to-day leadership to the Systems Administration team, maintaining infrastructure systems including VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Servers. This role involves coordinating team tasks, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring project progress while collaborating with other departments for strategic IT planning. The position serves as a technical escalation point and contributes to the development of SOPs and system documentation.
