The Lead Systems Engineer will lead the Systems Engineering team in developing safety-critical control units for Urban Air Mobility aircraft platforms, overseeing the complete product design and development lifecycle from requirements to verification. This hybrid role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining technical requirements, and collaborating with US-based teams and customers to deliver system solutions. The position requires a strong technical background in electrical, hardware, software, and mechanical disciplines, along with excellent English communication skills.
