Lead – TA Shared Services

The Recruitment Operations Lead designs, standardizes, and continuously improves the recruitment operating model across all business lines and locations. The role owns process excellence, ATS configuration, data quality, vendor governance, and operational metrics to ensure the TA Shared Services Centre delivers consistent, efficient, high‑quality hiring support at scale.
