About this role
The Talent Acquisition Lead is an individual contributor based in Hsinchu reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition ASIA, responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, early careers and employer branding initiatives. The role partners with the Taiwan People Team, regional/global COE teams and business leaders to embed global processes while ensuring local compliance. The person will focus on delivering exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences, building talent pipelines, and supporting strategic resourcing projects.
