The Lead, Talent Acquisition will own the end‑to‑end talent function for Canada Rocket Company, designing and implementing recruitment strategies, building sourcing pipelines, and establishing employer branding to attract top aerospace and engineering talent. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this role will create scalable hiring processes, manage metrics, and develop programs such as co‑ops and internships to support the company’s growth from startup to launch.
