Lead Teacher – Early Learning Program

The Lead Teacher at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington will design and implement developmentally appropriate activities for young children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. Reporting to the Early Learning Director or Assistant Director, the role involves planning lessons, using the Creative Curriculum, and communicating with families and staff.
