The Lead Teacher plans and implements a developmentally appropriate early education and care program for children from prenatal through kindergarten enrollment. This full-time role involves supervising, training, and mentoring classroom staff while supporting positive parent/child interactions and kindergarten readiness skills. The position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm at one of the Head Start Centers in East Brookfield, Southbridge, or Webster.
