Lead Teacher

The Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience serves as an ambassador of happiness, creating opportunities that reflect the mission to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and communities. This role involves leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children. The position requires mentoring less experienced teachers, communicating regularly with parents, and supporting the center's enrollment and engagement goals.
