Lead Teacher

The Lead Teacher develops a cohesive teaching team, coordinates curriculum, and manages daily classroom operations within a culturally specific nonprofit preschool program. This role involves creating a safe, engaging environment that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while ensuring compliance with state and program standards. Lead Teachers also serve as Site Directors, collaborating with coordinators to maintain operational excellence and foster strong relationships with families and staff.
