Lead Teacher

KIPP North Carolina is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver rigorous, research-based curricula and support students in developing the knowledge, skills, and character strengths needed for long-term success. The role involves preparing and facilitating lessons, utilizing assessment data to drive instruction, and fostering a positive classroom and school culture. Teachers are expected to collaborate with coaches, participate in professional development, and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and staff.
