Lead Teacher

The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing the Creative Curriculum and aspects of the Reggio Emilia philosophy to provide a nurturing and safe environment for preschool children. This role involves effective communication with children, parents, and staff, as well as facilitating learning through play and structured curriculum. The position requires adherence to licensing guidelines and a commitment to the YMCA's mission and goals.
