About this role
Lead Tech within Cultura’s IT department responsible for ensuring the quality, performance and robustness of applications in the SI Data domain supporting product referencing. You will lead and coach a team of Java developers, translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions, and act as the technical reference working closely with Product Owners, architects and Run teams. The role includes ownership of production stability, incident management and continuous improvement of development and deployment practices.
