About this role

The Lead Technical Artist (Look Development) at 2K Dublin leads research and development of art technologies and workflows to support environments, props, characters, shaders, lighting, and rigs. This role acts as a liaison between artists, engineers, and programmers and reports to the Director of Technical Art. The position focuses on improving pipelines, contributing to and extending toolsets, and supporting studio-wide rollout of new techniques while coaching and mentoring team members.
