The Lead Technical Assistant serves as the senior technical resource within the Rating Center team, providing advanced rating support, workflow coordination, and technical expertise for commercial insurance operations. This role partners closely with Underwriters, Underwriting Assistants, Operations Leadership, external partners and internal stakeholders to support the efficient processing of new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and policy issuance while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service standards. The position also provides day-to-day guidance, training, quality oversight, and workload coordination for Technical Assistants and Underwriting Support staff.
