About this role

The Lead Technical Writer leads the Manila Technical Documentation team in developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation for Cold Chain, Healthcare, and Food Service products. This role combines technical writing expertise, project coordination, and team leadership to ensure the timely delivery of accurate, user-friendly, and brand-compliant documentation. The position serves as a key liaison between Manila-based documentation resources and U.S.-based engineering, product management, and technical documentation stakeholders.

Responsibilities
