Lead Technician – IWP

This role involves performing rebuild and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as centrifuges, pumps, and mixers, while directing lower-level maintenance staff in preventive and predictive maintenance tasks. The position requires operating centrifuge technology and chemical treatment processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing scheduling, guidance, and training to operators and technicians. The Lead Technician also handles complex repairs, field service calls, and supervisory duties in the absence of higher management.
