Lead Technician, Manufacturing

The Manufacturing Technician Lead serves as a senior technical resource within the manufacturing organization, providing day-to-day technical leadership and operational support for successful batch execution. This role partners closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while supporting technology transfer and new product introductions. The position is responsible for training and qualifying new employees, supporting process execution, and troubleshooting operational challenges to reinforce quality and data integrity expectations.
