Lead Technician

A Lead Automation Technician at Flex supports automation engineering services by maintaining continuous system operation and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role involves hardware and software design support, preventive maintenance, analyzing engineering test results, and collaborating on automated system qualifications. The position requires deep knowledge of PLCs and the ability to interpret complex schematics while training other technicians on processes and equipment.
