About this role

The Lead Technician is the first point of contact for maintaining the robot data collection floor and assembling the Eno general-purpose robot as it moves into production. This role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware, setting up new stations, designing fixtures, and ensuring calibration and readiness for daily operations. The position also includes training future technicians and contributing to the growth of the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain robot arms, hands, and collection floor equipment
Assemble and bring up Eno units from assembly drawings and run end-of-line checks
Design and build mini fixtures, jigs, brackets, and cable harnesses
