Lead Technician

The Lead Technician at XPO is responsible for scheduling and supervising shop personnel, managing parts and vendors, and ensuring technicians receive required training. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on Class 7 and 8 diesel equipment, forklifts, and trailing equipment while adhering to DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations. The position requires lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and operating hostlers to move trailers throughout the property.
