Lead Technician

The Lead Technician performs off-site repair, modification, and installation of doors, frames, and commercial hardware to meet job specifications and operational standards. This role requires extensive commercial door and hardware experience, the ability to independently troubleshoot complex field conditions, and a proven track record of managing installations of large commercial projects from start through completion. The Lead Technician provides technical guidance and field direction to installation crews, ensuring work on large projects is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications.
