Lead Therapist

The Lead Therapist provides direct behavioral health services while serving as a clinical resource and day-to-day clinical lead for therapists at the Tahlequah Clinic. This position supports clinical quality, documentation compliance, crisis response, clinician onboarding and development, and coordination between therapists and clinical leadership. The role maintains an active clinical caseload while promoting consistent, ethical, compliant, and high-quality clinical practice across the program.
