Lead Therapist

The Lead Therapist provides clinical leadership for the program's therapists and carries a reduced caseload serving children in foster care and their parents and families. This position supervises and mentors therapists, provides clinical consultation and case review, and ensures fidelity to trauma-informed, evidence-based practices. The role works closely with the Project Director to meet program objectives and maintain compliance with SAMHSA and agency standards.
