Lead Tooling Technician

The Lead Tooling Technician serves as the site's primary technical expert for injection mold maintenance, repair, and reliability improvement, bridging the gap between management and technicians. This role focuses on building internal capabilities, reducing reliance on external vendors, and driving mold performance improvements through advanced technical leadership. The position is responsible for developing technician expertise, preserving tooling knowledge, and ensuring molds consistently meet safety, quality, and production requirements.
