About this role

The Lead Analyst in Asset Servicing manages the administration of global fixed income, derivatives, and mortgage portfolios, overseeing source system setup, funding, and account reconciliation. This role involves partnering with front-office teams for trade onboarding, executing complex cash matching, and processing corporate actions across multiple currencies. A key focus includes ensuring data consistency by reconciling records between PAM, Aladdin, and other critical platforms while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Administer global fixed income and derivatives portfolios with high accuracy
Execute rigorous account reconciliations across PAM, Aladdin, and external platforms
Partner with front office to onboard new assets and manage trade setups
Process corporate actions, income payments, and fund drawdowns timely
Lead process improvement initiatives and system upgrades for operational efficiency

Skills

BS in Finance or EconomicsMaster's Degree (Preferred)
