CHEO
The Lead, Trauma-Informed Care provides expertise, facilitation, and strategic guidance to establish CHEO’s Trauma-Informed Care approach and practices across the organization. This role assesses current policies, workflows, and culture, develops a multi‑year implementation roadmap, and collaborates with staff, medical teams, patients, families, and community partners to embed trauma‑informed principles. The Lead also advises leadership, prepares executive reports, and supports change management to ensure sustainable, culturally safe care.
