Lead UI Designer

The Lead UI Designer is a key leadership position within Pluxee’s Product Design organization, responsible for defining, evolving, and scaling the global Design System. This role ensures consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence across all digital touchpoints while managing a team of UI Designers and supporting Product Designers with component-level guidance. The position requires collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to shape how UI translates Pluxee’s brand identity into scalable, intuitive, and high-performing digital products.
