Lead User Experience Designer

This role leads the end-to-end user experience design for Findhelp’s product ecosystem, ensuring cohesive, impactful experiences for seekers, helpers, and agencies in the social services space. The position owns the design vision and execution, working closely with cross-functional leaders to define and evolve products. It also plays a key role in establishing and maintaining design systems and best practices. The designer will mentor team members and help align the organization around user-first design principles.
