We are seeking a UX Engineer to shape the quality, usability, and consistency of the RelativityOne experience by operating at the intersection of design and engineering. This role involves partnering with Designers and engineers to transform user needs into intuitive, accessible, and responsive experiences while focusing on the experience layer of the product.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and refine React-based user interfaces
Partner with designers to create intuitive and cohesive experiences
Improve interaction quality through thoughtful workflow handling
Contribute reusable patterns and components for scalability
Mentor teams on UX best practices and AI-assisted workflows
