About this role

The Lead Warehouse Technician is responsible for the distribution and receiving of event technology equipment, ensuring efficient operations both independently and as part of a team. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors while providing excellent warehousing services that exceed expectations. The position also includes supporting the Senior Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Supervisor with scheduling, employee relations, and other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

Oversee equipment preparation, maintenance, and cleaning in accordance with SOPs
Manage warehouse scheduling, staff training, and employee relations
Process customer orders, inventory stocking, and cycle counts with 100% accuracy
