Lead Water Distribution Operator

The Lead Water Distribution Operator leads and participates in the work of water service crews responsible for the construction, maintenance, repair, and operation of the water distribution system and related facilities. This lead-level position provides functional direction to a small team, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with established standards while serving as a primary point of contact for field-related issues. The role involves coordinating daily activities, monitoring job-site safety and quality, and providing technical guidance and training to staff.
