Lead Worker

This position serves as a lead worker by supervising and participating in the provision of social service assistance to eligible clients, including food, lodging, clothing, and financial aid. The role involves assessing client needs, processing assistance requests, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with program policies. The lead worker also coordinates community referrals and manages food pantry inventory and reporting.
