The Leader in Training (LIT) is a developmental leadership role within RISE Dispensary focused on supervising daily dispensary operations and delivering a positive customer experience. The role rotates through critical dispensary functions to build subject-matter expertise across operations, experience, and people. LITs partner with management on compliance, team development, and operational execution and are prepared for progression to Assistant General Manager.
