About this role

Leader in Training (LIT) is a frontline leadership development role within the RISE Dispensary leadership team that supervises daily dispensary operations and helps ensure memorable, positive customer experiences. The role rotates through critical dispensary functions to build subject-matter expertise in operations, experience, and people while supporting compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations. LITs lead and coach team members, oversee inventory and deliveries, manage cash handling and vault accuracy, and support omni-channel fulfillment. This is a developmental position designed to fast-track growth toward an Assistant General Manager role.
