The Leader in Training (LIT) is a developmental, leadership-track role at a RISE dispensary that supports the management team and helps ensure excellent customer experiences. The position rotates through critical dispensary functions—operations, experience, and people—and prepares the incumbent for advancement toward Assistant General Manager. LITs are part of the store leadership team and help uphold company standards and regulatory compliance.
