Leader In Training

A Leader-in-Training at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is an entry-level developmental role designed to prepare team members for future store leadership positions. Participants spend six months gaining hands-on operational experience under the guidance of store leaders and district managers, learning core values and managing daily store functions. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are eligible to apply for Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader openings.
